Our Email Service (What is Included)?
Windows Desktop PC's and Laptops
Once you have TeamViewer Quick Support installed, call 01995 917972 Option 1 where a member of our team, Using Team Viewer, we will remotely log on to your Windows Desktop PC or laptop to set up your email on an email client, the standard business one is Microsoft Outlook.
If you do not have Microsoft Outlook we can download and install Mozilla’s Thunderbird, a free email client.
Please note: To use Microsoft Outlook, you need a licenced version of Microsoft 365, please ensure this is installed before you call us, as we cannot install a licence you have purchased elsewhere. If it is easier, we can provide IT support and Microsoft Office, at an additional cost. Please call us for more information.
Phones and Tablets
Currently we are unable to log onto Apple Mac’s, tablets, and phones.
If you would like to add your email address to one of these devices let a member of our team know and we will text you all the settings that you need, as well as a link to YouTube tutorials that will guide you through the process.
Personnel Changes
If a member of your team leaves, we will change the password to restrict them having access to their email. Please note we will try and respond to these requests immediately. We will work with you to decide if the email box is changed to a new user or deleted entirely. If you decide that the email box is to be deleted, we can backup the contents of the email box in a nominated email box for you.
